Business, leisure and religious tourism now accounts for 10 million visitors annually all placing increasing demands on the Saudi Arabia ’s hospitality sector. New restaurants, fast food outlets, hotel refurbishment and the construction of new hotels are thriving to keep pace with demand. An extra 50,000 hotel rooms are targeted for completion by the end of the next decade. Many of these hotels will be 5-star and will require innovative leisure, catering, entertainment, and health facilities to accompany them.
Exhibits will cover the entire spectrum of the industry including food & beverages; interiors & interior design; tabletop supplies; catering & kitchen equipment; bathroom & hotel spa equipment; hospitality technology; premises management; waste management, recycling & sustainability. Participation will be enhanced by the Chef’s Culinary Championships, a Meet-the-Buyer programme and a comprehensive seminar programme.
